 There is one sure thing when you have a show of Abstract Art - everyone has an opinion! and so it proved on the opening night of Jerry Browning's new show where huge canvases of colours in every hue from shocking pink to midnight blue caused much comment and discussion. Happily, everyone agreed that this is a stunning collection and the red dots quickly started to appear.

We were delighted to see Gallery Artist Jennifer Wright's  beautiful painting of Salcombe featured on the cover of Country Life. Our Year so far - it's been a busy one! We've been so busy we haven't had time to post our Blog so before the year gets much older here's a quick update! Whatever Next? We started the year with a bit of fun - the launch of a new book by local hero Tony Porter.  Tony and his wife Bea owned Burgh Island for many years and created the most wonderful Art Deco hotel which was much loved and still has a place in all our hearts.  Whatever Next? describes Tony's life from his time in Africa to fashion icon Biba and establishing London Fashion Week. We had a fabulous time!
