Islands of Memory - Jerry Browning   There is one sure thing when you have a show of Abstract Art - everyone has an opinion! and so it proved on the opening night of Jerry Browning's new show where huge canvases of colours in every hue from shocking pink to midnight blue caused much comment and discussion. Happily, everyone agreed that this is a stunning collection and the red dots quickly started to appear.

Jerry Browning - launch preparations!

The Colour of the Colour - Private View We had a great night launching this new exhibition - in fact it was a bit of a family affair with our five artists - Karen Ciambriello, Louise Courtnell, Diane Nevitt, Lisa Stokes and Yana Trevail - all coming along with friends and family. This was the first time the artists had shown together and the evening was a great success.

The Colour of the Colour - April Our second exhibition of the year was an absolute cracker!  Five women artists who all studied under the legendary Robert Oscar Lenkiewicz came together for the first time in this amazing show. Each artist has a very distinct style but all have that special edge that defines pure quality. South West Academy Exhibition - March Our first exhibition of the year featured twelve artists selected from the prestigious South West Academy , the leading society in the region for professional artists. Members include Peter Blake, Alan Cotton, Rose Hilton, Ken Howard and Michael Morgan.  Our show, sponsored by our friends at Marchand Petit ,property market leaders in the South Hams, included sumptuous still lifes by Rupert Brooks; surreal paintings by Jonathan Coudrille and Jenny Pymont; distinguished portraits by Peter Mallison; evocative abstracts by Alan Bourne and Lar Cann; wild seascapes by Tony Williams; and beautiful landscapes, most of which are painted en plein air, by Phil Creek, Alexandra Jacobs, Wendy McBride, James Tatum, and Ray Balkwill.   We had a brilliant Private View with lots of red dots on the night.
